Excellent Thanksgiving

We had a great time with all eight grandkids and three daughters with husbands for thanksgiving. Almost lost it when we took out the turkey to thaw. Twenty four plus pounds, said it would take five days in the fridge to thaw. We had one day! Trusty internet, googled how to quickly thaw a turkey. I found we could bake it frozen. So in she went, overnight. Worked great. Also,I saw a better way to carve it on a youtube video. Look up: you’ve been carving your turkey all wrong by heavensky). Easiest way to carve a turkey yet. We worked on all our sides and everything turned out on time! Yay…great day.

We had the best day ever.  So busy I forgot to take pix, sorry.
